NORTHERN IRELAND WIKF TWO DAY AUTUMN DAN & KYU GRADING COURSE ON 17^th & 18^th SEPTEMBER 2011 – WITH CHIEF INSTRUCTOR SENSEI JON WICKS 8^th DAN

For the first time since 2007 there will be a WIKF Dan grading & two day karate training course in Newtownards, Northern Ireland. The special guest instructor will be Sensei Jon Wicks 8^th Dan, the late Prof. Tatsuo Suzuki’s principal student.

Everyone is urged to attend (including other karate federations) and details are as follows:-

DATES – Saturday & Sunday 17^th and 18^th September 2011

VENUE – St Patrick’s hall (Victoria Avenue, Newtownards)

TRAINING TIMES –

Saturday 17^th September –

12-00pm to 1-30pm (private Dan grade class -  compulsory training for all applicants - £30)

2-00pm to 3-15pm (black and brown belts only)

3-15pm to 4-45pm (All grades – Kyu + Dan)                   

Sunday 18^th September –

1-00pm to  2-30pm (All kyu+ Dan grades)

Dan and Kyu grading –  from 3-00pm onwards         

COSTS – Adults – full 2 day course £30, Day rate £20

                 Juniors (16yrs and under) – full course £25, Day rate £15

                 Kyu grading fee – Adults £12, Juniors £10

WIKF Passports must be valid for those taking grading exams and anyone taking a Dan grade at this course should inform me (contact details below) by Wednesday 31^st August at the latest, of your name, club, Dan grade being taken and your instructor’s name. Of course, those not taking gradings are most welcome to attend for training only. Hope to see you all there.
